One of the smallest pens ever made. Peter Pan from the Salz Brothers Pen Company

Circa 1920s. Barrel and Cap are made out of black hard rubber . There is an ivory inlaid in the cap top. The pen has a small ring at the top to pass either a ribbon or a chain. The cap band is decorated with a pansy flower motif and there is an engraving plate.
